Delete your account

You can delete your parent account and everything stored under it, from here — no app needed. You can also do it inside the game: gear icon → Parent Zone → Delete My Child’s Data.

What gets deleted

• Your parent account, name, email address and password
• Every pilot profile on the account, and its age band
• Every recorded play session
• All math results, per-operation accuracy and mastered planets
• Every sign-in token, on every device

What is not affected

Progress saved locally on your child’s own device is untouched, and the game keeps working there without an account. To clear that too, use Delete My Child’s Data in the game on that device.

The email address on the account Email me a deletion link

We send a confirmation link rather than deleting straight away, so nobody can erase someone else’s account just by typing their address. The link is valid for 2 hours.
